MONO AND BIAXIAL KNITTED FABRICS FOR COATING, LAMINATING AND CALENDERING
Biaxial fabrics are characterized by having directionally oriented straight and parallel yarn layers in weft and warp. Differently from conventional woven fabrics, in biaxial fabrics yarns are flat and not undulated: this allows to make full use of the yarn linear tensile strength. The result is a fabric with excellent mechanical and physical properties, that resists to tearing and its propagation (bunching effect).
Our mono and biaxial fabrics are used as substrate for coating, laminating and calendering.
Both of them can be used in several applications like tarapaulins, advertising panels, conveyor belts, road signs, but also gadgets and merchandising products.
