The internationally registered trademark GAFRABO® squeezing net is used for producing GRP pipes and tanks with Filament Winding Technology. The net is used to squeeze air bubbles that are likely to arise during production of the GRP pipe, obtaining compact and smooth surfaces for a product featuring high quality and a reduced cost.
GAFRABO® can be safely used in end products that come into contact with food: it has in fact passed positively overall migration tests in simulant liquids (oil, ethanol, drinking water, acetic acid).
GAFRABO® is made of 100% polyester yarn and is produced in two standard widths: 10 and 20 cm. Other widths are available upon request.
